Upgraded to 2.31.2 via launchpad ppa for trunk today. This issue is still present for me. After authorizing facebook, the notice "Facebook authorized" is flashed. Advanced menu options become visible. No cancel or add buttons are present.

Environment: Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit "Lucid"

To reproduce:
   Open gwibber.
Select "accounts" from the "edit" menu.
   Click the "Add..." button.
Open the pull-down box, and select "Facebook".
   Click the "Add" button.
   Click the "Authorize" button.
Enter username and password for Facebook. Click the "Login" button.
