Comment 13 for bug 387957

Very disappointed to see this marked invalid. When you're saving, most of the time you are creating a new file. The current behavior is only helpful if you want to overwrite an existing file. It is clear to me that the most useful behavior would be for focus to default to the filename field.

I could not disagree more that "This is not an obvious usability flaw, and may even be considered a feature as-is."
