What version of new wave are we talking about? With dark menus or with light ones? Which one will be included?

you should take my theme from gnome-look as in th bzr the folders are not named very good (e.g newwave-theme in bzr and NewWave in the other package). Here's the link:

So I did not understand which version is better for inclusion? 0.7.3 or the new 0.8.0 that is going to be released soon?
