Possibly the same as (part of) this bug is the fact that certain keys that should not repeat actually *do* repeat. This is also reported as a Fedora but at:
On my system, the right-hand Ctrl and Alt keys have this problem, as well as the Win key and the Menu key. These keys can be prevented from repeating usin "xset -r 105" etc, but they should not be repeating at all. As pointed out in the Fedora bug report, this prevents one from selecting multiple items in Nautilus by holding the (right-hand) Control key and dragging a over a rectangle ("rubber-band").
