Comment 214 for bug 439448

I removed the lower panel and I am still having trouble with this bug. I doubt that the number of panels is connected to the cause of the bug, because both people with one and people with two panels experience the bug.
I think it is possible that the number of panels has some influence on internal timings. And because delaying the creation of the panels seems to change a lot (according to some comments above) I think there might be some timing issue / race condition.
