Manuel: Thank you for trying to help, but Mahendra was correct. This bug's comments are out of control, and no developer has the time to read 200 comments, especially when most of the commends contain redundant or incorrect information. Thus, more comments may actually /hinder/ the fixing of this bug.

So, to reiterate what Mahendra said, please be very conservative when posting comments. Realize that this bug may appear to be fixed, but you might just be lucky. Please make a good effort to look through previous comments before posting new information. Thank you all for your desire to help Ubuntu.
