This problem STILL! exists in Intrepid.

It has been an active bug for something like 3 years now.

Does anyone have a fix for this frigging annoying bug? I've tried everything, with no luck.

The round menu (when it replaces the menu bar) takes up to 15 seconds to register a click. After it has been clicked once, it is fast from then on.
