So i apply the patch today and here are the results.

With cpufreq on

present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: discharging
present rate: 1307 mA
remaining capacity: 3676 mAh
present voltage: 12029 mV

With NO cpufreq on

present: yes
capacity state: ok
charging state: discharging
present rate: 2046 mA
remaining capacity: 3447 mAh
present voltage: 11953 mV
