Here is what I did to (temporarily?) fix the problem:

yum remove gvfs-fuse totem-nautilus totem gvfs-smb bluez nautilus gvfs-gphoto2 gvfs-archive gvfs gvfs-obexftp gnome-bluetooth pulseaudio-module-bluetooth
rm -rf ~/.gvfs
reboot
yum install gvfs-fuse totem-nautilus totem gvfs-smb bluez nautilus gvfs-gphoto2 gvfs-archive gvfs gvfs-obexftp gnome-bluetooth pulseaudio-module-bluetooth
reboot

Obviously, this is a quick fix until the problem is really solved -- hopefully in F13.
