I did this:
rm /var/lib/ dpkg/info/ flashplugin- nonfree. prerm remove- reinstreq flashplugin-nonfree remove- reinstreq flashplugin-nonfree
dpkg --remove --force-
dpkg --purge --force-
After I went to synaptic and install flashplugin installer.
