sasa made a nspluginwrapper 1.3.0 branch at some point. could you check if building/installing that helps?

The branch is here:

just run bzr branch URL; cd 1.3.0; debuild -b

install eventual missing build dependencies and run debuild -b again.

then install the produced .deb using "dpkg -i"
