Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we cannot work on this bug without some more information. Please run the following command in a terminal:

apport-collect 534519

I noticed that you used apport to report this bug, but that was before it was marked as affecting Firefox. If you run apport again, then it will get more specific information for us. Thanks in advance!
