https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox-3.0/+bug/246010 is about being unable to open a Firefox window on a second screen when a Firefox window is open on another screen.

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/30860 is about being unable to open a Firefox window after closing the last Firefox window (quitting).
