Dmitrii are you still in contact with those helpful developers? If you are do you think it would save them time if we prepared a summary of this long thread (and some other's of duplicate bugs).
I can't help with the code but I can prepare such a summary (and if there are not enough people to help with testing I believe I can learn the basics of patches and builds in order to help - I've done make, make install once :).
