Comment 4 for bug 19232

Confirmed in Maverick. I had the opportunity to resize Firefox, Evolution, Terminal, & Synaptic on any outer surface but the margin of error was very small and it would be helpful to have such a handle. This seems like a wishlist for all noted packages and should be marked as such.
