apac.globalsign.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not trusted.
(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)

Something odd is happening here. I expect this is the fault of Ubuntu's 64-bit build of firefox (or NSS?), but I need triaging from someone else with 64-bit Ubuntu.
