FWIW, the url http://www.cbc.ca/video now works for me. It didn't for quite some time. Not sure when it started working ... I just happened to re-try tonight.

I'm running a fully up-to-date Lucid with:

firefox 3.6.3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4
flashplugin-installer 10.1.53.64ubuntu0.10.04.1
flashplugin-nonfree 10.1.53.64ubuntu0.10.04.1
