In which case, I fail to see why you are having any issues...The fix given in the error dialogues is the same as the one posted here on at least two occasions. If followed exactly, copying and pasting if needs must, into a terminal, one line at a time, it is a temporary work around to the problem, at least until Ebay update the .xpi

$ sudo lshw -class display -sanitize
The output should be similar to the attached text file. Copy and paste your output into a text file, and attach it.
