You're using i386? If so, nspluginwrapper isn't necessary - I built that package for testing purposes. Remove nspluginwrapper and flashplugin-nonfree, then reinstall flashplugin-nonfree.

Also, I have *never* seen Youtube crash from this particular bug, so you may likely have another problem. Do you have "libflashsupport" installed?
