Thank you for your suggestion. It helpfully mitigates part of the problem and I do indeed use it.

However, this only solves the "master password" part of the problem.

In my case, I have about 5-20 windows that all require HTTP authentication. When I resume a session, each window asks for my HTTP authentication username and password.
