Sorry, that should have been future tense. As in "Should there be a prompt for password before loading /any/ other windows, then it would be ideal. At such a point the person attempting to launch the browser <would then be presented with only a password prompt> would not be able to even see any of the tabs that were being restored from the previous session". Hope that clarifies my post.
