Another disagreement with the importance of "low", this is for me a "I can't use firefox" level bug.
If you're used to using tabs and are in a corporate environment with a passworded proxy firefox 3 is all but unusable due to the number of prompts for proxy passwords every time it starts. The first time I filled them in, the second time I started to get annoyed, the third time I thought "f*** it" and installed Opera instead.
Firefox 2.0.0.17 doesn't do this and purely because of this I haven't upgraded to firefox 3 from 2 on my windows box and won't until this is fixed.
Opera (which I swiched to *BECAUSE OF THIS BUG*) also prompts for proxy username and password for each page but both allows you to save the details and will close *all* the prompts when you click OK on the first.
