I'm not sure about what other prompts are like this. I can only think of Master Password prompt, HTTP basic auth, and proxy authentication.

The master password prompt is by far the worst, though, and it also causes those weird blank prompts to popup.

I think the other master password prompts should check if another one is popping up, and then just not popup if so. Similar things should probably be implemented the HTTP basic authentication and proxy authentication.
