On Mac OS X 10.5 it happens right after starting Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008053008 Firefox/3.0 ID:2008053008 with "Open All In Tabs" even in safe-mode, i.e. with all extensions disabled. And it doesn't happen in Fx 2. Like Chris said, it's annoying, I have that problem every day.
