Comment 45 for bug 182038

Same problem here too, but with the "ati" (open source) driver. I have a Radeon Xpress 200M graphics card which is known to not work 100% correctly, though I've never experienced any problems with 2D graphics.

There was a similar bug a couple of years ago that occurred with scaled images too. Maybe there's some useful information in it:

(Cairo is mentioned a few times in that bug, could Cairo the the cause of this bug or can it be ruled out?)
