@Damjan Georgievski: I guess I'm not sure what the Firefox devs should be doing about this? If the bug is in Xaa off screen pixmaps, shouldn't there be a bug filed against xorg, not Firefox? I'm sure that this is affecting more than one area than just Firefox!
