Doron -- as Jakub said, this is a FF3-only bug AFAIK. The steps described in Comment 0 (amended in Comment 3) do *not* reproduce the bug in FF2 for me.

If a similar set of steps reproduce a similar bug in FF2, you should probably file a new bug on that, as it'd almost certainly be due to a separate problem. (This bug here is due to new code introduced since FF2 -- note that the bonsai link in Comment 15 indicates this broke due to code checked in on 2007-07-23)
