It also happens on the Intrepid LiveCD, though -- don't tell me that the new X server in Jaunty causes that. I've also tried the leaked 8.750 (with INTREPID X server and INTREPID libdrm2!) and it still happens. Video card is the FireGL equivalent of the Mobility Radeon HD3650.
