In monodevelot even specifying GTKSOURCEVIEW_SHARP_CFLAGS="/usr/lib/mono/gtksourceview2-sharp-2.0/", before dpkg-buildpackage, doesn't help. It must be bug in monodevelop itself, couldn't find any info on novell's bugzilla:/
