No insult meant or intended.

We're all busy, and importance in life is relevant to each individual.

I am very appreciative of any help given as like maybe lots of newby's
to Ubuntu, I'm feeling my way in the dark to some extent after the
razzle-dazzle of Windows.

So, sorry if I insulted you or likened you to a 'Spok' type person.

Lastly, as far as I'm aware, I'm up to date with packages as they're
downloaded every time Ubuntu informs me, but for some reason I've done
something wrong as I don't have a plugin called 'outlook pst import'.
