Based upon: https://github.com/spotweb/spotweb/issues/96 and https://github.com/spotweb/spotweb/issues/124, spotweb is not necessarily PHP7 compliant. Also, upstream does not seem to do proper releases (the current version are from particular dates and the watch file is incorrect). It's a leaf package, so drop.
