Carlos Lerzundy (and everyone who still has this problem), please run the following commands in a terminal window:

sudo /usr/lib/cups/backend/usb
sudo usb_printerid /dev/usb/lp0
sudo usb_printerid /dev/usb/lp1
lsusb
ls -l /dev/usb/lp* /dev/bus/usb/*/*
