After last upgrade of cups (1.3.9-17ubuntu3) to 1.3.9-17ubuntu3.1 of yesterday, the problem of black squares is back again.

The upgrade replaced /usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftops and I lost the pdftops posted by Till here:

Replacing the pdftops again all is fine.

Any ideas?
