Till: No, the new pdftops does not fix the squares for "HP LaserJet 1200 Foomatic/pxlmono", printing the document above (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/foomatic-db-engine/+bug/361772/comments/33 from OOo). The result is exactly the same as before. The system (Xubu Jaunty) is up to date.
