Yes, bug 276502 is the same as this; the cups-pdf apparmor profile needs

  capability dac_override,

added to it. I had another apparmor rejection on the main cupsd profile I mentioned in that bug as well, that's not relevant to cups-pdf, but that shouldn't get lost:
