Hi José,
I just gave it up and downgraded to kernel 2.6.24 manually, now it all works fine. Works perfect, but it's definitely not a good solution.
After all, it doesn't seem to be exactly about Intrepid, but actually about the kernel itself (as nkri has already pointed out). So how do we make sure this problem won't pass unnoticed by kernel developers?
