i'm seeing this also in 8.10 running on a lenovo s10. still seeing it in 9.04 alpha4, which was supposed to have later versions of bluez

I haven't been using hidd since it was a compatibility package.

in jaunty, i actually haven't seen the mouse function correctly, although the applet reports it is connected. would an hcidump help?

note that jaunty doesn't show any bluez problems, as far as I could see. should I open something in the jaunty bug area?
