Binary package hint: bibletime
My Bibletime installation included an Arabic bible package, but not an English one. As far as I know, all my language settings are set to English and not Arabic. Here is a log of the installation (notice that sword-text-arasvd is being installed, but not an English text).

The recommends are sword-comm, sword-dict and sword-text, which are virtual packages which can be provided by several different packages.
There are 14 different packages that provide the sword-text component: http://
sword-text-arasvd is indeed in Arabic. sword-text-kjv (2.2-2) and sword-text-web (1.4-3) are in English.
