Although I can't say I had this problem with Feisty (mind you I distupgraded from Edgy...), I have to admit that the "Wishlist" priority on this bug seems to be somewhat improper in this case. Aren't updates more important than that? In this case (Flash), this happens to be a security update.

Just my $0.02 on the issue.
