Comment 2 for bug 528680

have had this into console but can report anyway.
 What i dont understand is that apport-collect refuse to report if firefox is already opened (already had launchpad opened and logged in), need to close it first, then must fill with email and password to be identified on launchpad: apport-collect is too blind at time.
