Musthafa, from "/usr/share/apport/apport-qt -h":
  -c PATH, --crash-file=PATH
                        Report the crash from given .crash file instead of the
                        pending ones in /var/crash

So, try "/usr/share/apport/apport-qt /var/crash/YOURCRASHFILE".
