Yes the solution is there, I already asked to reinclude oss core and oss emu end needed modules.

The answer i received just coldly NO !

You see they asked to do it AND CREATED AN NOT COVERABLE BUG (NO WORK AROUND POSSIBLE) except recompiling your own kernel.

Wait until the final release of maverick, Once it starts to be the latest stable version Ubuntu's BUG report server will be overloaded
since most users will be left without working or good working audio.
