And because of this, tvtime doesn't produce sound and I can't watch TV.
Solution is:
1. recompile kernel
2. connect tv card sound output to sound card input

Is there an easier solution? Yes, there is. UBUNTU TEAM ADD THE OSS SOUND CORE TO KERNEL ;-)
