Comment 1 for bug 48627

Confirmed on two very different machines, this happened to me on a Dell Inspiron 8100 laptop, and an AMD X64 4800 desktop.

It does seem to only need a text change to the error message to imform teh user what to do, as the original reporter said, to provide a satisfactory fix, but it would be even better to automate this.
