Description of problem:
When an application links to an old version of libstdc++, symbols collide,
beacuse scim links to the latest version.

1.4.0

How reproducible:
everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install application like acroread 7.0 which use older stdc++
2. acroread

Actual results:
crash

Expected results:
running okay
