I have to add the "99-hdd-spin-fix.sh" script with the hdparm -B 254 line to:
/etc/acpi/ac.d/
In addition to the other proposed directories:
/etc/acpi/suspend.d/
/etc/acpi/resume.d/
/etc/acpi/start.d/

The laptop's hd was "clicking" again after going from battery power to AC.
