Hmmm .... where did you get this file from?? log4net_1.2.9-105_all.deb ...

In the guide it says ...

"5.) You must install a special version of log4net:
sudo apt-get remove liblog4net1.2-cil
sudo dpkg -i log4net_1.2.9-105_all.deb

... "

I tried Googling but I can't find that package.
