Bringing back music-applet would definitely be a bad idea. Panflute
will be automatically synced from Sid when Maverick+1 is open for
development and I don't want to have 2 packages which do the same
thing in the archive.
The main reason I'm inclined to reject this is because I doubt that you
will find an archive admin who has time to review new packages. Well,
I must say that the review would not be so in-depth as the package is
already present in Debian.
The package could be easily backported to Maverick once it lands in
Maverick+1.
Having said that, I would like to know how important this package is
for our release. Couldn't this wait till it's backported?
