Comment 92 for bug 219385

To be clear, it's built as:

cairo-gtk2 target => /widget/src/gtk2 => widget_gtk2.a (there's no change there)
cairo-gtk3 target => /widget/src/gtk2/gtk3 => widget_gtk3.a (the new one for gtk3)
