My windows builds sometimes takes forever to start up and the CPU useage is probably around 100% because everything is very slow to respond (switching windows to Firefox 2 or Thunderbird). I haven't checked to see if the CPU useage is at 100% though. How am I supposed to figure out if it is url-classifier downloading/updating during this?
